PassionArte Entertainment was born from a belief that live performance has the power to transform a venue – to make it not just a place, but an experience. Founded in Croatia with deep roots in the entertainment culture of Latin America, we set out to bring world-class South American productions to the European luxury hospitality market.
Today, we operate as a full production house: we design, source, and deliver custom entertainment solutions for the Adriatic’s leading hotel groups, resort properties, and
premium event clients. Our productions range from intimate duo and trio formats to full multi-performer ensembles – always built around the specific commercial and creative requirements of each client.

Yesica spent seven years experiencing, performing, and choreographing to that standard – at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and at Coya in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, just to name the few. Nikica Čorak
Managing Director & Founder
PassionArte Entertainment was built on a foundation of professional necessity and deep cultural alignment. Driven by a lifelong passion for Latin American music, rhythm, and celebration, Nikica recognized a distinct opportunity to introduce an uncompromising international standard of live production to the European hospitality market.
Bringing onboard 13 years of executive experience in large-scale international procurement and contract management, he injects strict operational discipline, intense attention to detail, and absolute commercial accountability into an industry that often struggles with administrative delays and logistical friction. For Nikica, a healthy perfectionism, high responsibility, and determined energy are the keys to a successful partnership. He manages the commercial boundaries, risks, corporate compliance, and resource planning with precision, ensuring that the backend operations remain completely seamless and effortless for our clients.
Yesica Portilla
Creative & Artistic Director, Founder
With close to 20 years of international performance, choreography, and directional experience, Yesica is the creative force behind PassionArte’s onstage standard. Originally from Cali, Colombia—the world capital of Salsa—her foundational career was built on rigorous, daily versatility, performing across an extensive variety of venues, regional theater footprints, and premier hotel circuits. This intensive background paved the way for her selection into major South American television productions, international cruise lines, and a featured role in a massive, spectacular Colombian production that toured extensively across Latin America and around the globe. Following her international touring career, Yesica spent seven distinguished years in Dubai immersed in premium entertainment, staging, and choreography for world-renowned luxury hospitality brands, including, amongst others, the Jumeirah Group and Coya.
Since establishing her professional dance studio in Rijeka in 2023, Yesica has focused her emotional choreographic knowledge and deep understanding of audience dynamics entirely on the European resort market. Her creative process is completely uncompromising: she commands full artistic freedom, ensuring that every costume design, musical arrangement, and choreographic routine is meticulously crafted to world-class standards. On stage, her vision bridges authentic, high-energy Latin roots with the sophisticated, polished execution required by the world’s most discerning luxury properties.

Nomen Est Omen
Our professional partnership began with a shared realization shortly after we met in Dubai in 2017. We recognized that our individual strengths formed a powerful, complementary system: Yesica’s profound artistic instincts, choreographic mastery, and focus on guest emotions paired perfectly with Nikica’s deep service orientation, commercial discipline, and love for Latin culture.
Following a move to Croatia in 2020, it was only a matter of time before the right opportunity arrived to focus entirely on this shared vision. That moment came in the summer of 2024 with the launch of our first major contract.
We saw clearly that the European tourism and hospitality industry had a strong need for a dedicated, bespoke luxury entertainment production hub. For us, nomen est omen—our name truly tells our story. We are deeply passionate about live entertainment, and our mission is to present it to our clients and guests as the true art form it is.
